Control the variables that decide pack performance.
Barrier, seal strength, print quality and runnability are not separate purchases. They come from a production system designed to work together.
Co-extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, pouch making and inspection — under one roof.
A production system, not a collection of machines.
Material & co-extrusion
Our nine-layer co-extrusion line builds film with the barrier, toughness and sealing behaviour the application needs. Multi-layer structures let us place performance where it matters instead of over-engineering the whole pack.
Print & lamination
Rotogravure printing and controlled lamination turn film into a brand surface. We match inks, adhesives and finishes to the product, the pouch format and the converting process.
Slitting & pouch making
Consistent slit width, tension and seal parameters keep automatic lines running. We produce stand-up, flat-bottom, spout, retort, zipper, vacuum and custom pouches.
Inspection & testing
Incoming materials, in-process film and finished packs are checked in our lab. Seal strength, appearance, dimensions and barrier performance are reviewed against the agreed specification.
Performance where it matters. Not everywhere.
A high-barrier structure is a series of trade-offs: oxygen, moisture, light, toughness, sealability and cost. We build the stack around the failure mode that matters for your product, then validate the seal and runnability.
Selected equipment
Production is built around repeatability: stable film, controlled print, consistent seals and measurable output.
Nine-layer co-extrusion
US-built cast co-extrusion line for multi-layer high-barrier film.
Rotogravure printing
High-resolution print with custom colour and finishing options.
High-speed lamination
Controlled adhesive application for durable, product-safe bonds.
Slitting
Precise roll width and tension for smooth automatic packing.
Pouch making
Multiple pouch formats, closures and fitments in one workshop.
Inspection lab
Material, seal, dimension and appearance checks before dispatch.
Quality is a production parameter.
We inspect incoming materials, monitor film and print through production, and check finished packs before shipment. The aim is not a single passing sample; it is a repeatable pack that behaves the same way on your line and in the market.
- Incoming raw-material verification
- In-process film, print and seal checks
- Finished-pack visual and dimensional inspection
- Batch traceability and shipping documentation
Materials we work with
The right structure is a balance of barrier, strength, sealability, appearance and cost. These are the building blocks we specify most often.
Print surface, stiffness and heat resistance.
High barrier against light, oxygen and moisture.
Toughness, puncture and flex resistance.
Sealability, flexibility and moisture barrier.
Retort and high-temperature sealant options.
High oxygen barrier in suitable structures.
Light and moisture barrier with a metallic finish.
