Retort packaging allows shelf-stable food to be stored without refrigeration. The pouch must withstand sterilization temperatures while maintaining seal integrity, barrier performance and food safety. We work from your process conditions: sterilization temperature and time, product pH, fill weight, headspace and handling. The result is a structure and seal specification built for the whole pack, not just the film.
